All shore based and shipboard personnel shall be fully qualified and properly trained.
Company’s performance against its customers expectations and established quality objectives shall be continually reviewed and actions shall be taken towards continuous improvement of both the quality of the services provided and the effectiveness of the Quality, Safety and Environmental System.
The policy of TSAKOS SHIPPING AND TRADING S.A. is to promote safety on board vessels in order to protect the lives and wellbeing of all personnel and maintain the integrity of the vessel and its cargo. As far as health and safety is concerned, the Company is committed to providing all personnel with information, equipment and training necessary to carry out their work safely.
Present Policy has been communicated to and understood by all shore based and shipboard personnel of TSAKOS SHIPPING AND TRADING S.A. who are strictly required to adhere to and by fully complying with the Company’s procedures and all applicable national and international regulations.
