The Tsakos Group has always aimed to attract the best qualified personnel to manage and operate its fleet and associated activities.
Long experience in managing its personnel in a framework of mutual respect, understanding and responsibility has created a fine 'esprit de corps' among individuals throughout the organization ashore and afloat.

The Group is committed to nurturing human resources and to the concept of a welfare society. Incentive schemes have been established which are open to all personnel together with enhanced individual and family health  care and insurance schemes.
